Hotel Information

SCPhA’s group rate of $239 per night will be available from mid-September until rooms sell out. The hotel books up fast, so make your reservation today by calling 800-438-5800 or book online.

Please note: Registering for the conference does not automatically register you for the hotel. You must register for the hotel separately.  The hotel’s cancellation policy is 7 days prior to arrival date. Deposit will be forfeited if reservations are cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival. Daily resort fee is $15 per night. Current overnight parking charges for in-house guests are as follows (subject to change): $20.00 per night for outside self-parking or garage parking, and $30.00 per night for valet parking. Separate parking charges will apply for day guests.  

Spa Appointments

Spa appointments are available for reservation through the Omni Grove Park Inn.  We have a block reserved for spa appointments. Reference the SC Pharmacy Block when you book your appointment. You must be registered for the event to make reservations through SCPhA’s reserved appointment times. We strongly recommend guests make their Spa Treatment reservations at the time they make their room reservation, to ensure the best selection and times. Guests can book spa treatments by calling 828.252.2711. A confirmed room reservation is required for treatments before we can make an appointment.

Registration Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Policy

    You must notify the Association in writing via email to: at least five business days before the meeting to be eligible for a refund for your registration. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than five business days before the event, which also includes no-shows, weather related delays, illnesses, family emergency, or travel issues. There will be a 10% registration handling charge (based on the cost of your registration) for all cancellations requiring a refund. Please note that the threat of inclement weather shall not be sufficient to override our cancellation policy. Please see hotel cancellation policy listed above with hotel information.
