SCPhA’s Integrating Pharmacists into Primary Care (IPPC) certificate training program is designed to help prepare pharmacists to collaborate with medical practices. The program is designed to help prepare pharmacists to collaborate with medical practices. The curriculum is a combination of clinical and business concepts essential to providing high quality sustainable services as part of an interdisciplinary team.
The certificate program is built in modules. All home study modules must be completed in chronological order before advancing to the live offering. This will allow participants to claim their certificate of achievement.
The live session will be held (virtually) on Sunday, April 3, 2022 from 8am-noon, and participants are expected to complete the home study portion prior to this date.
